cherry glen farm goat cheese ravioli
oh my. pretty much every single person at the entire table was in love with this, and it was one of everyones favorites, if not very favorite. the goat cheese was perfectly creamy, and the texture of the pasta was completely beyond perfection, precisely al dente. there were bits of mushroom, and brown butter sauce to round it out. i believe this is on their regular dining room menu. TRY IT.
